agnès b. 公司在今日（4月2日）下午一時三十分，公開為將軍澳居民區商場的簡體字餐牌道歉，以下是該公司 facebook page 的道歉啟事：「就本公司CAFÉ 餐牌一事，本公司謹此聲明，我們絕對無意侮辱或歧視香港人；對於此事引起顧客及大眾的不便，本公司深感抱歉，並將盡快安排更換餐牌。」
